가로와 세로, 접는 횟수를 입력받아 가장 긴 변을 반으로 접는 문제다.
단, 가장 긴 변을 접고도 가장 긴 변이라면 한번 더 접어야 한다는 사실에 유의하자.
출력시 긴 변의 길이를 먼저 출력해줘야 한다.
